Why does Greece trump many other popular destinations when it comes to romance? The romantic destinations in Greece are victorious because other locations such as Tenerife and Ibiza do not have famous goddesses associated with love, as the Greeks mythically have? While the romance of the place would probably be enhanced if it did, one only has to look at the country itself to see that there is far more to it than a fairy tale.
